I don't really understand why you emphasis it so much that this little adjustment has been made in the stable branch and into the head. Especially if you look back on what has been checked in lately into the 'stable' branch. Personally i think it's more useful to start a discussion about what can be and what cannot be checked in a stable branch. So we have more control over this process next time.
I implemented the configuration of utilities in exactly the same way as it is working for the other configuration files in MMBase. So that shouldn't be a problem.Also, while we agreed on location fo the config files, I'm not sure everyone has the same idea on implementation ;)
