You are right with the last remark. All the cookies of visited sites are
stored in memory. A lot of sites about the document.cookie property will
explain it. The document.cookie property is used in the editwizards to
remember the position of the scrollbar of the wizard form. If you go to
another step or open a new inline wizard then the position is stored. When
you come back to the wizard form the position is read and the scrollbar
moves to that position. The editwizard uses the cookie without an expire
date so it expires when the browser shuts down. The cookies directory is
only to persist cookies which expire in the future.
