IIRC, the only thing what you did was setting it to inactive in _the community appllication_, which makes no sense because the community application is only useful if this module is active.
Ah, my bad. I recall that I made a change because the communityprc module ended up in the mmbase deployment.
I suggest we do not deploy the community app then, and move the templates.
I will make a more exdtensive vote for all applications later today.
