Hi, Last MMBase users meeting, Nico Klasens presented with leeuwarden.nl the use of struts in combination with MMBase. I'm actually positive about this. Struts is powerful in controlling the flow of a webapplication, MMBase is powerful in managing content/data. So, in some cases (like Leeuwarden.nl) Struts can be useful to have more flexibility. I'm currently thinking of using struts on top of MMBase: Sometimes it is useful to use struts with MMBase, e.g. applications in which the pagecontrol is more difficult. You could build struts on top of MMBase. Let Struts control the page flow and MMBase to retrieve the content/data. In case of just displaying text in pages, use the MMBase taglib and when data manipulation is needed you could use the struts beans/servlets in combination with MMBase MMCI. Is it wrong to use Struts with MMBase or does it make MMBase more powerful?
