Hi Matthijs

The connection is happening, I get a prompt for the WPA password which I enter and the connection completes, I get an IP address on the router subnet. Everything looks good, I just have no connectivity. I can't ping or connect to the router, or the outside world. It's as though the wireless side of the router is not connected to anything else. All the wired ports work fine. Puzzling.

Hi Phil,

I've reinstalled the firmware and reset to factory, but it still
doesn't work. Any ideas for what to check next?
How far are you getting with the connection? I assume the wifi
connection is associating, but are you also getting an address, gateway
and DNS server assigned? On Windows, you can check using the "ipconfig
/all" command from the command prompt.

If so, perhaps DNS is broken but direct connections are working? You can
check by pinging a host by IP (for example 74.125.132.99 should reply).
