Reza at least via issue tracker, etc. contributes to OpenDDR and he is also
a member of the "team", but not so different from many Git-based projects
(e.g. that Portlet 3.0 spec I mentioned uses GitHub that way) changes are
merged by a single or small number of owners based on Pull-requests many
people might raise. As of now, Reza could do that. If ownership and
licensing is clarified there are a few others, including Stefano or myself
(if I'm done scanning or faxing that signed document[?])
