Im going to go ahead and echo Bertrand's comments regarding the intent of the 
actual committers. If we can get the process which produces the data to be more 
transparent and in the open, that would be a good first step for this project.

IC, so it was "donated" by Eberhard who I haven't heard of any affiliation with 
the OpenDDR team so far

Reza at least via issue tracker, etc. contributes to OpenDDR and he is also a 
member of the "team", but not so different from many Git-based projects (e.g. 
that Portlet 3.0 spec I mentioned uses GitHub that way) changes are merged by a 
single or small number of owners based on Pull-requests many people might 
raise. As of now, Reza could do that. If ownership and licensing is clarified 
there are a few others, including Stefano or myself (if I'm done scanning or 
faxing that signed document)
