Releasing the data/test-data module sounds like a good idea, I agree, but that's independent from the releases being prepared IMO. Feel free to prepare a release of that if you want. Just creating an svn tag does not mean anything in terms of official Apache releases, what we release are archives of source code, and it's good practice to have a matching svn tag but the svn tag alone is irrelevant. -Bertrand
