"Not sure" ?
The "4K" was a reference to UAProfiles not UA-strings...but close
enough...
for a "SINGLE" device etc where did you read that ? How does that
connect to the note of the RDBMS ?
"XML", "UUID" where was that even mentioned ?

Please note the question : "How do we propose to keep and maintain the
device data, manage it and manage 'publications'" and refrain from
jumping on 'easy' bait I throw in, in comments etc..haven't you
figured that out yet ?
