For those wanting to test and report on this UID issue, I have 3.21-0.71 
available.  (Of course this would only work with newly received/processed 
messages and won't fix any current folder/message errors)

Download here:

Install using:

[root@e-smith admin]# rpm -Uvh procmail-3.21-0.71.i386.rpm
procmail                    
##################################################

Verify install:

[root@e-smith admin]# rpm -q procmail
procmail-3.21-0.71

(NOTE: This was simply found and downloaded from rpmfind.net.  I have not 
altered in any way)
