It is a shame that you both have had such dissapointing experience.

I, on the other hand, have had an opposite experience. However, I did pony 
up the very small sum to become a partner after being treated extremly well 
by Lynn Rockburn. And any elementary questions I found on my own. You know, 
the whole RT*M thing. Matter of fact, all of the Mitel (e-smith) folks have 
been nothing but professional, corteous and certainly not arrogant.

I am proud to be an authorized Mitel partner and am very happy.  And 
certainly enjoy the benefits of partnership.

If you like and find value in the product, support the cau$e.
