That is almost my setup exactly. And I found that the backup was stopping/failing and not backing up all the data if you use Taper. I wanted something a little more user friendly to restore files with so I started looking at other products. I have successfully backed up my production system and done a complete restore on a test system using arkeia. I have also fully recovered a site that was helping test my integration. So far everything I have seen from arkeia is working great. I do aggree with Darrell that the command line interface for arkeia (arkc) is a pain to use.
