MS may be considered a tirant by some, but their service is without a doubt first class. Go buy a new copy of XP today and give them a call. Your on-hold wait will be 5min or less and the techs will bend over backwards to help you. I recall one incident that a tech called me back two seperate times with solution options on an issue I had.I was not dinging on RedHat in particular - I was ranting because of the lack of quality and support from the majority of software makers - i.e. Micro$oft, IBM, HP, Intuit... insert whatever company you want.
