The watchme network. Nodes that have set watchme=true in their config
file report the requests and inserts that they route to a central
server. For obvious reasons, these nodes are forbidden to talk to normal
nodes. The watchme network was last used in the early 0.4-days, when the
network was pretty much broken. I used to run a watchme node, but I
think that the central server has been decommissioned
