I propose that FProxy initially comes with no bookmarks.

The user himself can add bookmarks using the Bookmark Manager. And if
there aren't any bookmarks defined, instead of showing an empty "Bookmarks"
box, the Web Interface could display a message on how to find some keys
to start with, e.g. "You could google for 'freenet ssk'".

I know this has been discussed earlier but there is a new reason to ship
Freenet without any bookmarks:

I see some people complaining (on the mailing lists and on IIP) that
they can't reach "the" FProxy bookmarks. And it seems they are always
blaming Freenet for not doing so.

I have the impression that they even never ever consider (or they are
too newbie) that these DBR-freesites just haven't been *inserted*?!?

I can imagine that it is a bad newbie experience.... Newbie gets latest
stable (*dust*), nearly all freesites on the Web Interface are not retrievable.
Conclusion: Freenet sucks. And toad is to blame. ;)

Some old reasons to have no bookmarks on the Web Interface:

- Legal issues. If I were a bored lawyer I'd try to sue Freenet for linking
to sites that link to child pornography. Be it legal or not, it would
make too much fuss Freenet shouldn't have to face.

- Dust, dust, dust. The latest stable is... what? two years old and it
links to a freesite that hasn't been updated in 5 years? </sarcasm>

- hrm... I forgot the others :)
