Question: is it ok to attach a telnet to someone else's freenet server port, to see if it is there and responding to queries? Similar to the way we debug smtp, nntp or pop connections? I'll try on my own server first, but sure would love to duplicate the attempt to connect to tcp/128.2.171.29:19114 that my server is failing at ... Scott, thanks for the replies!
