There are a couple of wipe commands for windows as well. E.g. everyone
who installed complete PGP will get one nice implementation for free. So
I guess, it shouldn't be too difficult for a paranoid operator to get
rid of his Freenet installation on Windows as well.

I believe that we shouldn't bloat Freenet with just another
implementation of wipe. I delete the uninstall icons in Windows anyway
so Providing an uninstalll.bat just deleting the directory and
instructions how to remove it more or less securely should be fine.
