Ian, the micropayments I was refering to was paying node operators for the service of providing the information, not paying anybody for the actual information. Were it possible to make a such a system work well (I don't think it can as Freenet stands, the Mojonation is completely different) it would be a good since the reality of the world is that banddwith does cost money.
