You find the server through out-of-band.  Anyways, even though having
no default port makes it a little harder for standard firewalls to
block, anyone who knows how to use a packet sniffer can find you even
with a random port (they can just detect that you are making an
encrypted channel - if they detect lots of encrypted channels,
especially ones coming in from outside, they will be tipped off).
