nice for UNIX...

..but windowze has no /etc/services, and i stronly doubt if it has a
similar file elsewhere. not cross-platform. i'd suggest simply to
ask the user with windows, sind windows is single-user most times,
and so the user should know what's running on his box. for
UNIX-systems looking through /etc/services before asking the user
is okey.

is there a "bad-port-list" anywhere????

or print every time when the server is up
"your server is running on host xx.xx.xx.xx on port xxxxx. other
servers need to know both, host-address and port when they want
 to connect to you"

oh, i made a bad simple programm for configureing your node.
it's "Tunnel is Yes, now. type new value, strike enter to leave
it unchanged or type ? to get help"-style, and gives listenPort
a random value >1024 when it's undefined.

it's in the old 0.2 freenet as fNcfg and is an dos-executeable
(.exe suffix)

1723, whose name is not used by any service, AFAHK
