Yeah - pulling the 'with java' version of Freenet is over-reacting.

So what if it is not distributable by a third party - let them link to the
file on freenet.sourceforge.net - it's a good high-visibility server - no
actual restriction results from this.

As for indemnifying Sun against JRE misbehaviour - is this *really* such a
problem?

[the only thing Sun has a problem with is modifying or removing any of their
classes. The 'with java' version has all Sun's java classes intact, so is
fully license-compliant].
