I am obviously not proposing that we misrepresent the stability of the code to anyone. The question, however, is whether it is better for people to be using 0.3 or 0.4 right now. In terms of user experience, it is clear that 0.4 is the better choice if only because nobody is updating their 0.3 freesites any more.
