Well, everybody who are trying to use 0.4 are having lockups and loops
several times a day, as well loosing the datastore every now and then.
The situation is bad enough that we do not believe there is any actual
routing going on on that network - everybody is just seeding to a couple
of large nodes that keeping all the data currently.

It's an unfortunate situation, but that is where we are right now.
