Well connections get prunned because they are offline. My concern is
about connections wich get prunned when they are temporary offline
(transitent nodes).

I don't mind. I'm worried about transitent nodes not finding stable
entry points on the network.

Hmm that would be a lie... of course transitent nodes connections aren't
good nor profitable for a "reliable" node ; At least they aren't as
good.

I'm 100% sure that if we don't enforce it, most people won't agree with
connecting to transitent nodes... There is no gain for them. On the
other hand, if we don't find a way for transitent nodes to "hook" on the
main network reliably, we will see them pushing for stupid things like
opennet ;)

I think that finding connections once and maintaining them is manageable
for anyone. I understand people who get frustrated because all their
connections are gone when they are back from WE. Hence I would like to
do something for them.
