Needless to say that quoting taking care of removing all the surrounding
 context is unfair...

 Anyway; it's up to us to decide what is possible and what isn't. I am
 not speaking about technical feasability here: everything is possible
 in CS. What he is suggesting here doesn't seem "possible" to me...

I have suggested alternative approaches which contrary to his proposal
*are* possible.
