I prefer to have it in a single place (no dup). We could link to it though. 
Right now the flow is that you find the requirements first and then this is 
from there that you find the support pages.

But I’m not against linking in the 2 directions. What’s important for me is 
that all requirements are listed on  
https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/AdminGuide/Installation/#HHardwareandSoftwarerequirements
 since that’s the main place.
