Solaris 7

Hello everyone.  I am having a difficult time compiling dia on Solaris 7 using gcc, etc.  Florian gave me a dia tree w/ the binaries, but my libraries are still messed up, apparently.  I'm also getting an inordinate amount of syntax errors when I try to compile.

If you've successfully compiled dia on Solaris 7 would you please explain how you got it to compile - what library versions did you use, what source mods did you make, blah-blah...?  Ideally, I'd like a statically linked binary.  If and when I figure this out, I'll pkgmk a package when I have time.

Please help me out with this if you can.  I'm tired of using Visio on a PC -- MS is against my religion ;)
