Yes. But I would also be happy with something simpler. If there
was a person not named Andrei or Walter in charge of the docs,
and I could email them to propose a change, and they'd say, "I
don't think that is an improvement so don't bother" or "Okay, but
you need to do this for it to be accepted" I would be willing to
create the PR myself. I would even be willing to help Eve by
creating PR's once she has decided what needs to be done when
others email with suggestions.
