Can you wait a bit before doing DMD for me to fix/group labels?
And definitely make sure that the DMD issues have a dedicated
label to distinguish them from the druntime issues, which I am
now going to go through and add.
Specifically please map
* the Severity field to `Severity:Foo` labels, not `Foo`.
* the operating System field to `OS:Foo`
The migration should not create any new labels that don't exist
(except for the priority P1-P5 labels), with the notable
exception of a DMD label.
