Do you have a timeline in mind. I definitely want to migrate dmd
this year.
Specifically please map
* the Severity field to `Severity:Foo` labels, not `Foo`.
* the operating System field to `OS:Foo`
The migration should not create any new labels that don't exist
(except for the priority P1-P5 labels), with the notable
exception of a DMD label.
