Not sure this qualifies as clean, but it's an option:

string[] tupleNames(T)()
{
    string[] names;
    uint count = 0;
    bool matchNext = false;
        foreach(m; __traits(allMembers,T))
        {
            if (matchNext)
            {
                names ~= m;
                matchNext = false;

            }

            matchNext = true;
        }
        return names;

}
