I think those people deserve some respect because despite the limits of their
knowledge and cognition, they are implicitly trying to express the concept that
the current design of switch is bug-prone, and that probably almost any
alternative switch design is better than the current one.
C compatibility is both the best and worst feature of D/C++.
Perhaps you and I are referring to different discussions.
