Hey Guys bad news, Regressions.The handling of default constructed Struct-Literals inside of newCTFE is broken.
I have no idea were this came from all of a sudden.I was in crunch-mode to get the phobos unittest to compile, I don't remember the last 72 hours at all :)
So it might take a while until the regression is resolved. I apologize for the inconvenience.
