PCALE is a complete ALE controller that runs on a PC. It scans,
decodes, encodes, and keeps track of propagation between other ALE
stations using the standard format for Automatic Link Establishment.
There is an active international amateur radio ALE network you can 
participate in... or you can use it for Selective Calling and 
linking between other any other station running PCALE or using 
a transceiver with built-in ALE.
