Walt, you're going to have to do MUCH better than that if you want motivate concerted action.
The fact that we CAN do something is irrelevant; the question is whether we SHOULD. Answering this question generally involves identifying the value to stakeholders, understanding the costs and risks, and comparing these factors to alternative approaches. With high-value objectives that are well-reasoned and clearly articulated, motivating concerted action is actually easy -- and fun! Lame objectives with rah-rah rationale usually go nowhere, thankfully. 73, Dave, AA6YQ --- In digitalradio@yahoogroups.com, "DuBose Walt Civ AETC CONS/LGCA" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > -----Original Message----- > From: digitalradio@yahoogroups.com [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Wednesday, August 23, 2006 12:59 PM > To: digitalradio@yahoogroups.com > Subject: [digitalradio] Re: PC-ALE Signal Detect Before Transmitting: An > Experiment > [stuff deleted] > ...The question is not "could such a system be created"; it certainly could.
