My impression is that Bonnie has an inflexible agenda: that Pactor II 
and III will continue to operate in auto or semi-auto modes.  She 
claimed that the new regs permitted this, even as the FCC was publishing 
the errata adjustments.  You will recall the "Pactor ... is OK" thread, 
which frankly I found somewhat jarring.  Nothing wrong with Pactor; used 
to operate it myself, keyboard-to-keyboard.
