John,  it is customary to give actual freq as seen on the waterfall.  When we 
see a spot and click on it, that is where we look on the screen, and where we 
automatically copy a signal.  Some may not have a software program that reads 
the audio freq on the screen, but that is where it goes anyway.  No matter the 
personal offset, it winds up at the same freq.

I see/hear nothign here in Virginia except SSB on 1.845 and another group at 
1.850.  No PSK signals at all.
