Whatever their motivation they have made that official statement so to stand by and ignore the ARRL placing their CW broadcasts on a higher level of spectrum priority than the FCC value + violating the voluntary bandplan and QRMing ongoing QSO's in the process earns the term "absurd". An absence of consistency will inevitably lead to CB-like anarchy as "everyone does as he or she sees as best". IMHO, YMMV ... :-) -- Thanks! & 73, doc, KD4E ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Projects: http://ham-macguyver.bibleseven.com Personal: http://bibleseven.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
