Hi Rick, I did submit a news article to QRZ.com, but it appears that there is a queue, so I used the Ham Radio Announcements forum. Some other threads have popped up too. I checked around 1800z and a little more than 80% of the comments were in opposition to the petition. 73, Mark N5RFX
