Did you use "--enable-debug" and "--enable-trace"?

It gives an assertion with a stack trace when you access an
interface's data after the interface has been destroyed.

If you don't release all interfaces you will get a list
of remaining interfaces and where they've been allocated
including a stack trace for each of them :)
