Is the multiple path feature as discussed in this thread planned to be implemented in dirvish? If I hack my own or use this patch am I going to have to change when the real feature is included in a future version of dirvish? A recap: I need to backup dozens of machines. I want 1 vault per system. I don't want the entire tree (/). I want only /etc /root /var/lib/named/ /var/lib/dhcpd and /home on most systems. Using exclude is prohibitive because of the deep levels of files and unmanageability (is this a word?) of large exclude lists.
