   I read that in the man page while developing the configuration file but
did not recognize its meaning. While I now see its importance, I remain
ignorant of why Runall is "discarded by dirvish itselt" and what support
utility is using it. Unless the above quote means that dirvish-runall is a
support utility and it's not dirvish itself which is running. So, I'm still
confused.

   As I run the script now I see a line (after putting the quoted double
lines on the same line as the preceeding echo command):

a-tmp:default post-server failed (1)

so I will look in that vault's log and see if I can find anything. I may be
back with additional questions.
