Frank, you have to follow the procedure in README by compiling ONE file at a time, and RELOADING the blocks as you go on, ie,
Load the hier block "amp_var_est_hier.grc", Compile it (this little button on GRC that looks like a pyramid, a sphere and an arrow) Reload it (this little circle button on GRC) Load "cdma_tx_hier.grc", compile it as before reload Load "chopper_correlator.grc", compile reload etc...
