Here's the unofficial scoop - please don't hold any of this against me, we
just received our accreditation on Thursday.

I don't have a specific timeline or technical structure, but we are
currently in the midst of planning the rollout of the pre-registration
system.

We will be publishing a spec shortly that outlines what information we
will be collecting to allow the eager beavers in the group to start
collecting pre-regs prior to us bringing our systems online.

Only if you want to pay $100 per reg...

Give us another 30 seconds to get back w/ some more concrete answers. Like
I said, we've only been in the game since Thursday. All of the internal
structures are in place to handle 90% of what you will be required to
throw at us via the API (a cool feature of 2.2), but we still need to tie
up the loose ends and solidify the details.
