This is interesting because I did that just last night and had to search for the form. I think it would be a step in the right direction if the form was online and the output email would be directed to the correct person. It could be a menu item on the resellers screen. I hate sending my credit card info over an open line general fax.

There should be a mechanism in place for RSPs who have "earned a good
credit rating" with OpenSRS so they can replenish their accounts 24x7

the use of a Credit Card by filling out an online form.
I really detest having to wait until my fax is "manually processed" by

OpenSRS staff during regular business hours.
If I need more credits at 4am in the morning on a Sunday, I should be
able
to get them instantly.
When will this policy be revised?
