That's great -- however, it's too bad that OpenSRS can't sub-contract out
some of this programming work.
Why is your core development team developing "everything" in-house? For
certain things (like online payments), it might be more beneficial to hire
a qualified team from a Software Development company to do that one
particular task.
In order to maintain competitive, there are times when OpenSRS will have to
outsource for certain jobs. Getting more people in to process faxes is one
short-term project, but hiring a team in to do the online payments should
also be considered.
