Register.com sends a verification email to the admin contact (this in
addition to the one sent by OpenSRS).  In my experience, as long as the
admin contact responds to both messages promptly, transfers from
register.com are quicker than from Netsol.  If the admin contact does not
respond to the message from register.com, presumably the transfer will not
go through.  The messages look like this:
