Perhaps with such an important issue where a new design will be implemented
asap -- it would be appropriate to send out this information in a Live
Reseller Update?

Hopefully this will stop current RSPs from spamming my customers about
renewals. They've been receiving emails and faxes already.

The renewals thread in dev-list was so huge I missed parts of the discussion
and believed that the renewal implementation was not going to be changed.
