This is the one major problem with these certs that I have not seen any
one mention before. Due to the chained cert requirement, these certs
don't work with some of the big hosting providers as the version of apache
in use is not supported by Entrust. Specifically they are not using the
freeware mod_ssl or ssleay ports of apache, instead they are using an
officially licensed RSA SSL C library and apache directives such
SSLCACertificateFile or SSLCACertificatePath don't exist.
