1) Ahem (*blush*)... we had the Chain CA incorrectly installed.
certs.tucows.com should not show the error message any more.

2) Yes, if you buy at least 10 domain names in April, your can
purchase a cert in May and expect to receive the rebate (even if
you've purchased certs in April) at the beginning of June. Please
note however that this offer is valid only while supplies last.

3) Correct, you are purchasing a Web Certificate Registration Code
that is redeemable for up to a year from the date of purchase. Once
redeemed, the actual certificate is valid for a year.

4) A number of our resellers have been asking for the wildcard cert. At
present we have no firm intention of adding it to our product offering. I
